| 一、 | 依據教育部115年4月22日臺教社(二)字第1150040282號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提升全國樂齡學習課程規劃成效與教學品質，獎勵具有樂齡核心課程理念之優良課程教案，教育部委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨案徵件計畫。 |
| 三、 | 本案之徵件組別分為樂齡中心組及一般組，參賽教案作品需以樂齡學習5大核心課程理念為教案設計，且結合本部歷年相關出版教材延伸設計及擴充，並分為書面評選、口頭簡報評核等階段，收件期間自115年5月1日起至6月21日止。 |
| 四、 | 請貴中心踴躍投件，本案獎項及獎勵如下： |
| (一) | 樂齡中心組： |
| １、 | 特優獎：3名頒發教育部獎狀乙紙、獎金新臺幣7,500元。 |
| ２、 | 優等獎：5名頒發教育部獎狀乙紙、獎金新臺幣5,000元。 |
| ３、 | 佳作獎：5名頒發教育部獎狀乙紙、獎金新臺幣2,500元。 |
| (二) | 一般組：入選10名，頒發教育部獎狀乙紙、獎金新臺幣2,500元。 |
