| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本府110年1月8日府教終字第1100004365號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭要點業依教育部109年12月29日召開之「全國語文競賽試辦本土語文情境式演說計畫檢討及未來策進事宜會議」決議，修正如下： |
| (一) | 情境式演說評判向度增加「6、對答如流：依據提問回答自然流暢，言之有物，敏捷流利。」（見附件p.6）。 |
| (二) | 「演說達人獎」獎項改為「面面俱到獎」並增加「對答如流獎」（見附件p.8）。 |
| (三) | 全國語文競賽決賽評判遴聘原則、注意事項暨評分標準：參、各項組評分標準及注意事項二、情境式演說（一）評分標準增加「6、對答如流：依據提問回答自然流暢，言之有物，敏捷流利。」（見附件p.26）。 |
| 三、 | 今年正式辦理情境式演說，閩南語、客家語學生組皆取消演說項目，調整為情境式演說；原住民族語學生組增加情境式演說項目（原住民族語學生組朗讀項目仍然保留），惟兩者僅能擇一報名。以上變革請學校預作準備。 |
| 四、 | 有關情境式演說的題庫，教育部正研議是否同意提供，各校可先行參考閩南語認證題本中的四格漫畫（https://blgjts.moe.edu.tw/tmt/view.php?page=resource ）或族語認證的看圖說話題庫（http://lokahsu.org.tw/resource/download/ ）參酌使用。 |
| 五、 | 檢附「中華民國110年全國語文競賽實施要點」1份。 |
