說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署109年11月17日臺教國署國字第1090135171號函辦理。
二、該館依「教育部本土教育實施方案」，加強本土教育資源的整合與發展，支援本土教育學術研究，將於民國110年成立「本土教育資源中心」，其資料徵集範圍包括：
(一)本土教育歷年執行之政策、計畫及推動方案（例如：臺灣母語日或本土語言日的活動計畫）。
(二)本土教育教案（例如：教案或教學活動設計、教師自編教材與學習單）。
(三)本土教育教學活動紀錄、影像及教學理論（例如：學校社團或競賽的活動紀錄或成果報告）。
三、「本土教育資源中心」以全國範圍的本土教育資源為彙整對象，並將徵集之資料加以數位化及建置本土教育資源資料庫，資料庫將發展成為本土研究與本土教育教學的重要資源平臺，提供學術研究與教學之用。
四、各機關（構）或團體提供本土教育資源予該館，請同時授權該館將該資源進行數位化與典藏於「本土教育資源中心」及本土教育資源資料庫。
五、各機關（構）或團體填妥授權書（如附件）並用印後連同所提供本土教育資源逕寄至「23574新北市中和區中安街85號 國立臺灣圖書館參考特藏組 吳智偉先生收」，如有任何問題可洽吳先生（聯絡電話：02-2926-6888轉4229；電子郵件：ngootiui@mail.ntl.edu.tw）。
