說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學109年11月18日師大公領字第1091030882號函辦理。
二、國教署委託國立臺灣師範大學公民教育與活動領導學系陳素秋教授辦理109學年度國民中小學課程推動工作「課程與教學輔導組─人權教育議題輔導群」實施計畫。
三、旨案活動目的：
(一)提升各縣市對人權教育議題的重視與實踐。
(二)結合中央與地方輔導網絡的工作，促進彼此之合作。
(三)落實校園人權教育議題課程與教學活動，增進學生公民行動能力。
四、本案實施方式：
(一)由人權教育議題輔導群事先製作「2020世界人權日─防疫與人權」微型教學包，上傳於CIRN平台（https://cirn.moe.edu.tw/Module/index.aspx?sid=1126 ），讓響應此活動的校長、老師下載使用。
(二)學校可於109年12月10日世界人權日當週，請師長帶領進行行動倡議，並提供學生成果展示平台，例如：電視牆、佈告欄、網站等，並發新聞稿，廣邀媒體採訪。
五、教師上傳學生照片、影片、著作（學習單、字卡等）至網路平台，須請學生家長填寫「著作、影像使用權授權同意書」，請參閱附件2020世界人權日實施計畫。
