一、依據教育部109年3月26日臺教資(四)字第1090018176號函辦理。
二、旨揭競賽內容重點摘要如下：
(一)徵稿主題及對象：分為「前瞻成果願景組」及「教學示範推廣組」2組，個人或是團隊皆可參賽，參賽團隊得推舉一人為代表人，參賽個人及團隊代表人必須符合下列資格之一：
１、國民中小學之教職員生。
２、縣市教育局處人員或縣市教育網路中心人員。
(二)收件期程：自即日起至109年5月31日止。
(三)審查方式：
１、資格審查：由本活動承辦單位依報名表，檢核報名資格及其資料完整性，經審查通過後進行委員審查。
２、委員審查：由教育部邀集專家學者籌組審查小組，召開會議辦理審查作業。
三、請於收件期限前將影片檔上傳至youtube影音平台，並以hashtag註明「＃前瞻計畫推廣教學影片競賽」。報名表電子檔請以電子郵件方式郵寄至：acidjam@nccu.edu.tw；郵件標題請註明「前瞻計畫推廣教學影片競賽－縣市名」以利收件作業。
